Terms of Service

Last updated July 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of Walle, a product of Winsen Labs. By creating an account or adding Walle to a Slack workspace, you agree to them.

The service

Walle is an AI agent that works in your messaging workspace using tools you choose to connect. Walle is currently in an early-access phase: features may change, and availability is not yet covered by a formal SLA.

Your content

You own your data: your conversations, memories, artifacts, and everything Walle produces for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and displaying that content to you and to people you share it with). We claim no other rights over it.

Agent actions and approvals

Walle asks for your approval before outward-facing actions. When you approve an action, you authorize it: you are responsible for approved actions taken through your connected accounts, just as if you had performed them directly. Review approval requests before confirming.

Acceptable use

Third-party services

Walle interacts with services you connect (Slack, Google, and others) under your authorization. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct. Credentials for connected services are handled by our integration partner as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

Walle is provided "as is" during early access. AI systems make mistakes; review what Walle produces and approves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winsen Labs' aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Walle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes and contact

We will notify you of material changes to these terms before they take effect. Questions: hello@winsen.ai.
